Summary of This Radio Controlled EDF Jet Platform
A very impressive EPO Foam airplane – durable and tough (except in the front landing gear – the steering micro-servo is a problem)! It paints well for repairs, and redoing the teeth over is a lot of fun. I have 12-blade fans planned for an upgrade, but unfortunately she isn’t flying for months until I get a new servo. She flew great – fast and predictable in flight. Love flying this plane while it lasted! (Love the navigation lights!)

Landing a jet requires the proper Angle of Attack on Approach. Even though I knew that, trying to do so in real life was much more challenging with this plane. It flies very slow, but I really didn’t figure that out until after a few hard landings coming in too fast. The stall point of a plane should be determined in the first flight ASAP! I ignored my inner tester, and went right for the high-flying fast thrills, without experimenting with slow flight. This was my mistake, as this plane is a bit weak in the front gear area (the steering servo is evil ;D ).
