Quite possibly the toughest and most durable RC car ever built. Upgrades well, and plenty of options for performance upgrades. As another custom truck build, it required custom mounts in the front and the rear. This is a Proline crawler body that I adapted to the Slash for high-speed beach racing. This is my second project with this body, and it definitely is the right choice for sand blasting down the beach. It doesn’t parachute AT ALL – Hexygone-4 is gone down the beach with the hexagon livery.

I solved mounting this body on a previous project (Cobra Sly), and now it was time to whip up a quick beach ripper. The black version of this body was hard to see on the beach, so white with a little pop on a new body did the trick. Getting done with a quick project is all about not wasting too much time thinking. Get started and just see where it goes! That’s how this evolved into a final truck.
