Summary of This Radio Controlled Truck/Car Platform

Quite possibly the toughest most durable RC car ever built. Upgrades well, and plenty of options for performance upgrades. As another custom truck build, it required adjustable mounts. This Proline truck is top-notch in my opinion! It may even be the “fastest” offroad body that I’ve found so far. After 40+ bodies – trust me – this sucker is fast! I lowered the front and stiffened up the rear, and it seems to handle all the speed you can muster without catching air. Making black loud was tough, but using the copper really helped it pop at a distance.

Some body paint schemes weather the abuse better than others, and are easier to repair. This particular body was painted to be abused at high speeds. When the tape wears out – the tape inside the body – a little paint comes off. Sometimes just massive flexing on the body during a crash lifts a little paint. It’s good to keep it simple on a bashing body for easy like-new fixes, and nothing is easier than black.
