Summary of This Radio Controlled Truck/Car Platform

Quite possibly the toughest most durable RC car ever built. Upgrades well, and plenty of options for performance upgrades. As another custom truck build, it required adjustable mounts. This Proline truck is truly a favorite body for me. The third ’56 is one of the more simple designs that I’ve made, yet it is stunning in my opinion. The black and red play well together – a favorite color combo – just nasy! This truck has the right look to wear any color, but this black really sets off its attitude. It’s the black and red shows Loco Motives is crazy in the head.

It’s hard for me to just do a one-color car, because once you put all that effort into cutting, sanding, and mounting the body it almost feels like it’s a waste of time not to add some pinstripes at least! That’s how this body was born – it was supposed to be a basher. After I was done I just fell in love with it, so we made it a cruiser. Something about the way this body curves just asked for the back pinstripes to be different. Don’t be afraid to listen to your gut when making design decisions.
