This Delta Plastik USA gem is well-shaped to resemble a sweet looking Porsche 911. I’ve never done a flat paint scheme, and I didn’t want to go easy, so I put a twist on it by keeping the stripes glossy. It requires much more work, but it was so interesting to see the final product, that I know I’m going to try this again. I can’t wait!

If you’re painting a flat colored car, make sure to lay it down nice and thick so it evens out to a nice balanced reflection. If you go too light you’ll create low spots, so get an extra can for good measure and spray it all. Go for full body sprays starting off the body and finishing off the body – like a good hitter in sports – spray through the “ball” 😀
